"SATO" (pronounced sah-toh) is Puerto Rican slang for mixed breed street dog. A ridiculous number of dogs live on the street in Puerto Rico and people think they're just garbage. They scrounge around for food, covered in mange, starving and all. The most interesting thing is that alot of them are smaller dogs, which everyone seems to be looking for these days. So go off to P.R. to get that little dog of yours and bring it back home where it can lay around on its own couch and eat human-grade dog food and sleep with you under the covers.
