Sadie has the ultimately weird-but-awesome habit of taking her very own "ice cream spoon" from whatever room she left it in, and bringing it to her mom on command, for which she gets one spoon of ice cream (or sherbet), and when she wants another, she picks up her spoon and gives it back to mom again.

I have no idea how they got her to do this.

Sadie also chews only the shoelaces out of shoes and prefers to leave the actual shoe by the wayside, buries her dog cookies under the blankets on the bed, and the only person she really behaves for is her grandmother, who doesn't really even like her.

She also has a squirrel who stalks and follows her on every walk she goes on, no matter what time of day it is. The thing is on the roof, in the trees, on the grass, and wherever else it needs to be to plan the Great And Hostile Attack On Sadie Ulzheimer, Chaser of All Squirrels. This has yet to take place.
