if i had a nickel for every time...
Seriously, if I had a nickel for everytime a dog stole its owners maxi pad out of the garbage while I was trying to give a lesson, I'd be drowning in nickles right now. I don't mean to be gross. Really. This deserves some serious attention because it's become an epidemic, if that's the right word. I think it should be mandatory that everyone have a trash can that's somewhat dog-proof. It's for the good of all people. Think about it.
